They are not an estimate of the total cash required to open and operate a franchise and may exclude real estate acquisition, lease and utility deposits, financing costs, opening inventory, pre-opening payroll, permits, professional fees, training travel, grand-opening marketing, and additional working capital. Final fees, required expenditures, assumptions, and the complete estimated initial investment will be stated in Bagel Boy’s Franchise Disclosure Document. No one should rely on this page to make an investment decision.

Bagel Boy is currently gathering expressions of interest while its formal franchise program and disclosure documents are being completed. Submitting this form does not create an offer, acceptance, reservation, or obligation for either side.
How much will it cost to open?+
Development formats and investment requirements are still being finalized. Definitive fees, estimated initial investment, and other material terms will be provided only through the completed Franchise Disclosure Document.
Can I reserve my city or territory now?+
No. We are not accepting deposits, territory fees, or binding commitments through this interest process. Territory availability and rights would be addressed later through formal disclosure and agreements.
Do I need restaurant experience?+
Relevant operating or leadership experience is valuable. We expect to evaluate each candidate’s ability to lead people, follow systems, manage finances, and be actively involved in the business.
What markets are you considering?+
We’re especially interested in hearing from community-connected operators across the Southeast, while remaining open to strong candidates and markets elsewhere.
What happens after I submit the form?+
We’ll review your information and may invite you to an introductory conversation. We will not ask you to sign a franchise agreement or pay franchise-related money before delivering required disclosures and observing applicable waiting periods.
